Are there 12th pass government jobs with flexible working hours?

I worked as GDS in 2019. The job allowed me to do part-time tuition as well. Timing was flexible and suited rural lifestyle.

Flexibility is rare in government, but contractual or part-time government-supported schemes sometimes allow it. Permanent jobs usually follow office timing strictly.

Most government jobs have fixed hours, but Gramin Dak Sevak and some Panchayat jobs offer flexible timing. Work is task-based rather than strict office attendance.
