There was an opportunity to work for a luxury car brand that I was contacted about through Linkedin.I asked her to call after 4 pm because I didn't want to call at work.We went through my history and I sent her my CV.She rang back in the morning to say that the hiring manager liked my CV and wanted to schedule a phone interview.

The gentleman who called me the next day was my interviewer.

He was honest and I appreciated that.I went in for a head chef position at a new restaurant in my town.I was prepared and ready to win over the interviewer. My first kitchen to run and menu to design.I was very confident.

I was told the place was owned by a restaurant group. That is not atypical. There were three people in the room to interview me, but not one.The man in the middle is standing.

"I am allergic to radiation".I couldn't help but notice that all the walls were covered in foil as I entered the office. The CEO mentioned his hypersensitivity.I ran for the nearest exit after answering his questions.

He called me back a few days later and gave me a job.I told him that I wasn't interested.

That is Cray Cray.

Let me look at you again... Stand up and turn around.I watched you walk into the building. It's Niiiiice.I walked out when I stood up.He yelled "Wait, Wait!!!" while chasing me.He called me many times over the next few days but I ignored them. Not a place that I would consider working in.

She said no when I asked if her company had insurance for staff. The way she said it made me walk out, not the answer itself. It was the strangest thing she had ever heard.I knew they were not a right fit for me when I sat in front of her for that particular interview.

I shook her hand and said "I'm afraid I'll be unable to accept any offer this company makes to me", after I heard her "no".It was funny that she called me the next day.
