Does the KTM electric cycle require special servicing centers, or can normal cycle shops handle it?

A normal cycle shop can handle brakes, tires, and chains. But for motor and battery, you need authorized KTM or Bosch service center. Otherwise, warranty may get void.

I once went to a regular shop, and they messed up the wiring. Later, I had to take it to KTM service. Lesson learned: only use trained service centers for electronics.
