Does the United States of America have a foreign policy?

America's party politics creates enemies.Voters only care about parties that represent their interests.They don't think about the world as a whole.The United States considers different parties in other countries to be enemies due to their power to protect their voters.

We should not talk about what USA does.We have to make a decision about what is best for us.We should care about us in the first place because no body in the world does anything for other.

I would definitely say yes.We have bad judgement to fund and back regimes that will make us enemies in the future.Presidents favor one country over another.While Trump loves Israel and the Saudis, Obama was hostile to Israel and sympathetic to Palestinians and Arab countries.
