How do you balance career growth and giving enough time to your relationship?

I don’t believe in “perfect balance.” Sometimes career takes more time, sometimes relationship does. The key is to keep communicating, so the partner knows what’s happening. That prevents resentment.

Balancing both is hard but possible. I schedule my time. Work hours are for work, evenings for family. Sometimes career demands extra time, but I make sure to plan quality moments together later. It’s about prioritizing, not sacrificing.
