How do you get started with meditation?

I have been struggling to meditate for a while.Four years ago, I was surprised by what scientists and researchers had found about the benefits of meditation, a simple act of sitting and doing nothing.I tried, but failed to make it a habit.Sometimes I would do it for a week, but then I couldn't continue.It's not interesting to sit and curb your thoughts.You don't see the benefits of meditation unless you do it.

Deep suffering is what motivates us.To find the deepest wound, look for your heart.You can use that to motivate you to go forward.The art of meditation is coming out of a deep series.People won't learn to floss or brush their teeth until they have a dentist drilling into them.People will clean their teeth in order to avoid a dentist's visit.I didn't think brushing teeth was the truth.I had to learn...
