How do you keep your relationship strong when both partners have busy careers?

We set aside at least 20 minutes daily just for each other. Phones away, no work talk, just connection. Even short but consistent time keeps the bond strong despite busy careers.

In my case, we plan date nights once a month and strictly protect that time. It helps us reconnect and not let careers consume the whole marriage.
