You can do this in the AWS Console under the AWS WAF & AWS Shield service. Go to the Web ACLs tab and select the Web ACL for which you want to start logging. Then, under the Logging tab, choose Enable Logging. On the next page, specify the Kinesis Data Firehose that the logs should be delivered to.
