How to become an agent
1. Go to your app store, type Qwili, and download
2. Open the app
3. Select your preferred language
4. Fill in your details (first name, last name, phone number)
5. If you were referred by someone, please select yes and enter their referral code. If you were not referred by someone else, select no.
6. Go to menu (the 3 lines on the top left corner) and click Profile
7. Click on login
8. Follow the prompts until you have created your 6 digit PIN
9. You can now start selling!

How to deposit money
You will need to log in to your account first. Verify your number by entering your SA ID number/ Passport number and you will be sent a sms with a verification code. Follow the instructions to set your pin and login.
How do I sell products and services on Qwili?
First, make sure you have money in your wallet by depositing money. Then, on the Qwili Wallet page, click on Sell. Here you will see all the products that you can sell.
To sell a product, click on the icon (e.g. electricity), enter the customer details, process the sale and receive the cash from the customer.
How can I get paid by my customers?
When you make a sale, you must take in money from your customer. You can receive it in cash, via EFT or, if you have a Qwili Pula device, your customer can pay with their bank card, by tapping it on your phone.
How do the points work on Qwili?
When you refer someone to become an agent, you earn a commission on their sales for a limited period. This commission is paid to you in points. From time to time, new ways to earn points may be introduced. You can use these points to purchase anything in the Qwili app. 10 points equal R1.
How do I earn money on Qwili?
Every time you make a sale on Qwili, you earn a commission. You also earn bonuses if you make certain sales targets. Your commission and bonus are paid to you at the end of every month.
5% commission for every sale you make on Qwili

Refer someone and earn 2% of the sales made by the person you referred for their first 6months as a Qwili Agent

You will only be able to register on the portal once a supplier number has been allocated to you.

All suppliers approved to trade with the Shoprite Group are required to provide us with their B-BBEE status/certificate. Please note that this information must be provided even if you are currently not B-BBEE compliant.
We have adopted an online capturing system via our Business to Business (B2B) Supplier Portal that must be completed on an annual basis. Suppliers are required to complete a form and upload their B-BBEE certificate or affidavit*.
*Businesses that qualify as Exempted Micro Enterprises (EME’s) or Black Owned Qualifying Small Enterprises (QSE’s) in terms of the B-BBEE Act are not required to present a B-BBEE certificate. These businesses must complete an affidavit, signed by a Commissioner of Oaths, and upload it to the B2B Supplier Portal instead of the B-BBEE certificate.
