How to become an officer in the army?

You need a four-year college degree to be an officer. There are a few main ways. You can go to West Point. It is the army's own four-year college. You can also do ROTC at a normal university and you train part-time. Or, if you already have a degree, you can go to OCS. This is a shorter but very intense training school. You also must be a U.S. citizen and pass medical and fitness tests.
