It is very simple. I did this last month. First, open your Facebook app. Then you click the menu button on the bottom right. It has three lines. Now, scroll and click 'Settings & Privacy', and then click 'Settings'.
At the top, you will see a big box for 'Accounts Center'. You must click that. Then click on your profile, and after that, click 'Name'. Here you can type your new first and last name. Click 'Review Change' and enter your password to save it.
Remember one thing, Facebook will not let you change it again for 60 days. So please check the spelling carefully before saving. This should work for you.
