The most reliable way is through the official UIDAI website. Visit the 'MyAadhaar' portal. Look for the 'Check Aadhaar/Bank Linking Status' service. You will have to enter your Aadhaar number. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for verification. The portal will then show which bank account was most recently linked.
Alternatively, you can dial 9999*1# from your registered mobile. This USSD service also shows the status. This check is crucial as it confirms which account is mapped with NPCI for receiving government subsidies and other benefits.
