How to create a new folder on iphone?

On iPhone, press and hold any app until it starts jiggling. Drag it onto another app, and a folder will be automatically created. You can rename the folder by tapping the text bar at the top.

I prefer using the App Library feature now, but folders are handy. After dragging apps together, you can rearrange them inside the folder too. Makes the home screen less cluttered.

You can also make folders in the Files app, not just the home screen. Open Files → Browse → On My iPhone → New Folder (icon at the top). Useful for organizing documents.
