How to delete mybuilder account?

You can't delete your account yourself from the settings page. There isn't a simple button for it, which I know can be a bit of a faff.

Instead, you must contact the MyBuilder support team directly. They are the only ones who can process an account deletion. The best way to do this is by using the official contact form on their website. Make sure you are logged in when you do this, or at the very least, provide the email address linked to your account.

In your message, be very clear. State that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data. This applies whether you are a homeowner or a tradesperson.

They handle these requests manually, so it won’t be instant. It might take a day or two for them to process it and send you a confirmation. It’s their way of ensuring the request is genuine. Just pop them a clear message and they will get it sorted for you.
