Another way: - Format cell → Wrap Text - Then press Ctrl + Enter where you want a new line. Now text adjusts properly.

If it doesn’t work, enable text wrapping first. Otherwise, line break won’t be visible.

Use keyboard shortcut: Alt + Enter (Windows) or Ctrl + Option + Enter (Mac). It inserts a line break inside a cell.
