Another trick: Use transparent background. Add music first, then place a photo/video over sticker so it blends and is hidden.

To hide music sticker: - Open Instagram → Add Music to Story → Tap Music Sticker → Select Hidden Lyrics or reduce size → Place it at edge of screen or behind image. People will hear the music, but lyrics or sticker may not be visible.
