How to make zaxby's toast?

I had to look this up because we do not have Zaxby’s in England. It sounds really good, that toast! The method seems quite simple, actually.

You need some thick-sliced bread. Like Texas toast. You also need butter, I think salted is better, and garlic powder.

First, you melt the butter. Then you mix in the garlic powder. Use a good amount.

Now, brush this lovely garlic butter onto one side only of the bread. That is the secret, I think.

Then you put it on a hot pan or a griddle. Butter side down, of course. Cook it for a minute or two until it is golden brown. You do not flip it over. The other side just gets soft and warm from the heat.
