How to merge turbotax accounts?

Unfortunately, this doesn't allow a safe and secure way to merge multiple accounts. It's best to use the same Intuit Account when you use TurboTax each year and to use the same user ID and password for all experiences on the Intuit Platform, including TurboTax, Mint , and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

  • Go to quickbooks.intuit.com.
  • Go to the "Gear" menu.
  • Click "All lists"
  • Click "Chart of Accounts"
  • Select the account you want to keep.
  • Edit the name of the account you do not want to keep to the name of the account you want to keep.
  • Click "Save"
  • Click "Yes, merge accounts"

Yes, you can delete your TurboTax account. Go to https://turbotax.intuit.com and click on the log in button. Then click on the “Profile” button in the top navigation bar. Then click on the “Account Settings” button. Then click on the “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the page.
