It's pretty simple, mate. Open your Google Pay app. Tap your profile picture at the top. Go to 'Bank account' and pick the right one. You'll see an option for 'Forgot UPI PIN'. You will need your debit card details – the last 6 numbers and expiry date. Then you get an OTP from your bank. Enter the OTP, and it will let you set a new PIN. You should be good to go after that.
