How to share diy recipes animal crossing?

I've been playing AC since launch, and here's what I've found: You can't mail DIY recipes to friends directly through the airport, which is kinda annoying. The drop method works, but make sure you're actually dropping the recipe card and not the crafted item! The card has the DIY logo on it. Also, if you have duplicate recipes piling up, many players create "take one, leave one" areas on their islands where visitors can swap recipes. It's a great community practice that helps everyone complete their collections!

Sharing DIY recipes in Animal Crossing is super fun! The easiest way is to have your friends visit your island (or visit theirs).
