A copy is created.
Anyone who has access to the spreadsheet will see the filter if it is added. People who have permission to modify the spreadsheet will be able to do so.
If you only have permission to view one spreadsheet, you can create a temporary view that only you can use.
The view will not be saved.
You can use a computer to filter data so that it only applies to your view of the spreadsheet. The changes to the view are saved.
In the upper right corner, you can click on Options to duplicate or remove the view.
Click Options Remove to remove all filters.
You cannot change the order of the views.
