How to split name and surname in excel?

This is a very simple thing. First, select the column with the full names. Now go to the ‘Data’ tab on top of Excel. You will see an option called ‘Text to Columns’. Click that. A new box will open. Choose ‘Delimited’ and then click next. Now, just tick the box for ‘Space’ and click the ‘Finish’ button. All your names will be split into two different columns automatically. It is very fast.
