Open Settings app on your iPhone. Go to Contacts, then Accounts. Tap Add Account and choose Google. Put your Gmail ID and password. After you log in, just make sure the Contacts switch is on (green). Your all contacts will now automatically sync to your Gmail. It is very easy.
