How to transfer contacts from android to gmail?

Here’s what I usually do: 1. On your Android, open Settings → Accounts → Google. 2. Select your Gmail account and turn on Contacts sync. 3. Wait a few minutes, then check your Gmail by going to Google Contacts. All your phone contacts will start appearing there automatically. Make sure you have internet on during the sync.
