How to use diabetes pen?

Using the hand you write with, wrap your fingers around the insulin pen, keeping your thumb free to push down on the knob. Insert the needle with a quick motion into the skin at a 90-degree angle. The needle should go all the way into your skin. Slowly push the knob of the pen all the way in to deliver your full dose.
