You have to start small with it, for sure. Just one teaspoon a day at first. If you take too much, it can really upset your tummy. I just add a bit into my morning coffee or a smoothie. It mixes in easy.

After a week or so, you can maybe move up to a tablespoon. For me, it helps me feel full for longer, so I don't snack as much before lunch. It's not a magic pill, mind you. You still have to eat properly. But it can give you a good energy boost.
