If you want a visual walkthrough this guide explains different paracord handle styles pretty well: https://www.instructables.com/. Just search for “knife paracord handle wrap” there.

I’ve wrapped mine using a cobra weave instead of the basic spiral wrap. It adds more grip and feels better during longer use. It’s a bit bulkier though so it depends on your hand size. There are some solid step-by-step visuals on knife forums and survival blogs if you’re a visual learner.

The Izula is popular for paracord wraps because it doesn’t have handle scales by default. Start by cutting about 6–8 feet of paracord. Anchor the cord through the lanyard hole then do tight overlapping wraps down the handle keeping tension consistent. Finish with a knot tucked underneath the wrap so it doesn’t rub your hand.
