Make fists and release, let tension go with releasing your fist, practice breathing, inhale slowly, exhale slowly, roll your shoulders, and make fists.Keep your eyes closed and smile.Let your body relax and pretend it's floating in a pool of warm water, tranquil waters, blue sky and warm breezes.

In a very active state of mind, the state of anxiety can be experienced.It's impossible to sleep with ingredients in this state.If you want to calm yourself, do deep breathing and look at the breath.Sleeping is done automatically.
