Is it compulsory to have a cheque book to transfer money to other accounts in Bank of India?If not, how can I complain to the branch manager?

- It's not necessary to have a cheque for NEFT/RTGS txn.The request form on the bank's website allows you to authorise the bank to make a payment.You can make a complaint to the Regional office of the bank.
