Is the future of US-China relations very bad?
Not true! The real problem is US's growing insecurity.Maybe China and the US can settle their disputes in a better way if Americans can accept that the world is no longer unipolar.China is a power! The sooner America accepts this, the better.
Yes, it looks very bad. It’s very clear that the US is pulling out all the stops to demonize China Uyghur genocide, Uyghur forced labour, zero evidence, to undermine China’s government using CIA in HK and Xinjiang, to hamper China’s technological development banning Huawei and SMIC, to distract Huawei Meng Wanzhou.
The US is doing the same thing it did in 2003 for the Iraq War.
Things can turn around.Things have happened.
If the US is broad-minded about what China may become, that's a big deal. Many americans are extremely patriotic and proud, but it would be hard for them to accept the rise of challengers.
I am not very hopeful about the future relationship given what I see the US doing near China.
I agree.I hope that is true.
