The Citadel DLC is a favorite item in Mass Effect 3. Shepard must visit Anderson's apartment to begin.
The option to start the mission is not immediately available in the Citadel DLC, one of the most beloved parts of Mass Effect 3. The rest of Mass Effect 3's story is much more extensive.
