The Sims 4 CAS full edit mode is a new feature that allows you to make more precise edits on your Sims than ever before found in mods. When using CAS full edit mode cheats, you can access everything from the select-tool CAS panel, including Create A Sims standard features.

It is possible to change every aspect of your CAS Sim now, including CAS basic stats, CAS facial features, CAS hair colors, and CAS hairstyles. You can even change your sim’s age. CAS full edit mode (FEM) is not active by default, so you’ll need to turn the cheats on if you want to use the new features and make detailed edits on your Sims.

There are many valid reasons to use CAS full edit cheat codes in The Sims 4 CAS. We’ve found it best to explain CAS FEM by comparing the difference between CAS full edit and CAS standard editing.

Electronic Arts limited the number of variables that you can modify in the CAS option found in the base game. CAS standard editing doesn’t allow you to change facial features either, and CAS hair is limited to only a few styles, color, and length options. CAS full edit, on the other hand, allows you to modify CAS fundamental values, including facial features, hair, eye color, skin details, and clothing for all of the sims in the game.

By using cheats in full edit, you can edit the age, walk style, aspirations, and traits, edit relationships, switch households, modify motive decay, create a pregnant sim, change body type of sims- essentially everything that can be changed when initially creating sims.

In addition to that, if there are sims in the game that you don’t like or want to remove, CAS FEM cheats will enable you to delete sims in CAS without being forced to begin anew by creating new sims.

CAS FEM cheats also allows you to perform complete edits to your sims. For example, you can edit relationships for the selected sim or you can set all of the sims to happy moods.

The Sims 4 contains thousands of items to interact with, but it lacks enough clothing and features to please the entirety of The Sims community. The game can be made more enjoyable with the help of the Sims 4 CAS cheat and custom content. The CAS cheat is the only way to mod sims as you see fit for a more immersive effect.

You can turn CAS FEM cheats off and on by pressing C + Shift + CTRL in-game to bring up the cheat console feature. After opening the cheat bar, type “testingcheats true” (without quotes) and press enter. This command allows you to use cheats in the game.

While still in the cheat bar, type “cas.fulleditmode” (without the quotes) and hit enter. CAS full edit mode is now on in your game. CAS cheat mode will remain active until you turn it off through the console feature again using “fulleditmode 0” (testingcheats false).

Press CTRL + C + Shift key again to exit the console.

Now that CAS fulleditmode is enabled, there are several ways of testing cheats.

Holding the Shift key and clicking on the ground will allow your sim to teleport to the chosen location.

Clicking on the mailbox while holding Shift will allow you to delete the emails found in the inbox. You can even wholly empty your mailbox.

By clicking on an object while holding down the Shift key, you can mod the state of the selected object.

Once FEM is enabled, hold down one of the Shift keys and click on the sim you wish to modify. In the text box that appears, select the “Edit in CAS” option. It is possible to edit sims with options not found without a CAS cheat.

CAS FEM is turned off by default, so you’ll need to turn it on if you want to use the new CAS features. Unlike PC, enabling cheats while using Xbox One will disable your ability to earn Achievements and Trophies.

You can turn CAS full edit off and on by pressing LT + RT + LB + RB (all the bumpers) in-game to bring up the console feature. After opening the cheat console, type “testingcheats true” (without quotes) and hit enter. Entering this string allows cheats to function in the game.

While the command console is still up and accessible, type “cas.fulleditmode” (without the quotes) and press enter. CAS full edit is now on in your game. CAS cheats will remain active until you turn it off.

Lower the cheat window by pressing all the bumpers simultaneously again.

Press X to access the keyboard function. Enter “testingcheats true” (without quotes) to enable cheat codes.

While still in the console, type “cas.fulleditmode” (with no quotes) and press enter.

Press all the bumpers (L1 + R1 + L2 + R2) again to lower the cheat window.

CAS Full Edit Mode is now active and will remain so until you turn it off.

Now that FEM is enabled on your Playstation 4, you can use it in various ways.

To teleport to a location, hold down the O key while pressing the X key on your desired location.

When you click on the mailbox using O+X, you can delete emails in your inbox. You can also empty your entire inbox by following these steps.

To alter the state of a selected object, hit X while holding down O to select the desired object.

Once you have enabled full edit, press and hold O. While doing so, click on the sim with X and select the “Edit in CAS” option to change the outfits, hairstyles, motives, or traits of your sims.

If the cheat window doesn’t open, make sure you are pressing the correct cheat console combination buttons simultaneously for the platform you are playing on. The correct command for PC is to press C + Shift + CTRL, Xbox One uses LT + RT + LB + RB, and for PlayStation 4 you press L1 + R1 + L2 + R2.

If Full edit mode does not turn on, ensure that both commands typed into the console were entered exactly and spelled correctly. The first command is “testingcheats true”, with the quotes removed. The second command that you enter is “cas.fulleditmode” again with no quotation marks.

Adding the script to your mods folder is not enough to enable the FEM cheats. You must first enable script mods (cheats) through the command console, using “testingcheats true” every time you start a new game session. It is unnecessary to enter the command “cas.fulleditmode” every time because it will remain active until turned off.

Make sure you are holding down the correct button before you select the object or sim you want to mod. On PC, you hold the Shift button, then left-click your selection. On Xbox One, hold down the B button and use A to click on your target, and for Playstation for click the object with X while holding down O.

The latest patch for The Sims 4 has caused conflicts with many mods and the full edit mode cheat may not work as described. There is a workaround for this issue in which you clone a sim and gain access to the full edit features.

The muscles in your core should be tight, and your back should remain flat. Hold that position, then rise back up into a plank. This counts as one rep. Perform 10 to 12 reps.

Now, get ready for the dumbbell bicep curl. Brady instructs you to hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. Keep your elbows locked to the sides of your body, and then curl your elbows to your shoulders. Make sure your elbows remain still so your arms don't start swinging. Bring your arms back to the starting position, and that makes one rep. Perform 10 to 12 reps.

Another one of Brady's favorites to lose arm fat fast is the tricep kickback. This exercise has you holding a dumbbell in each hand. Lean forward just a bit, making sure your back stays straight. Bring your elbows back to the sky, keeping them locked to each side of your body. Your elbows should be still as you "kick" the dumbbell toward your back. You'll do this by moving the lower part of your arm back and up to the sky. Remain in that position for a second, then move your arm to the position you started in. This counts as one rep. Perform 10 to 12 reps.

Brady's final pick is the front raise with dumbbells exercise. Position your feet shoulder-width distance apart. Hold your dumbbells with your palms facing toward your body and in front of your legs. Bend just a bit at your elbows as you gracefully bring the dumbbells up to the height of your chin. Pause for a second, then gradually bring the dumbbells back to the position you started in. This counts as one rep. Perform 10 to 12 reps.

The tabletop tricep pushup is a low-impact tricep exercise that's extremely effective. To set up, place your hands underneath your shoulders and your knees underneath your hips. Create a slight bend in your elbows, and pull your abdominals in. Drop your elbows down to the mat, squeezing your elbows toward each other and keeping your hips over your knees. Then, lift them back up into the starting position. Do eight reps and eight halfway pulses for two rounds.

This move will take your tricep burn to the next level. Lie down on your right side, bend your knees, and stack your hips. Place your right hand on your left shoulder, and plant your left hand on the floor in front of your right elbow. Press firmly into your left hand, and stabilize your core as you lift your upper body up just using your tricep. Lower your body back down to the floor. Do eight reps and eight pulses at the top for two rounds. Repeat on the other arm.

Now, get ready for reverse pushups. Sit on your butt with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Put your hands behind you with your fingertips facing your glutes. Pressing your feet into the floor, lift your hips up, and roll back your weight over your wrists. Bend your elbows—all while keeping your hips up and driving your elbows back—and re-straighten your arms. Seamus Sullivan, B.S., CSCS PN1, online performance, and nutrition coach, wraps things up with the final three exercises.

Sullivan notes that the tricep rope pull-down is performed with a cable machine and the rope handle attachment. He suggests tricep rope pulldowns as an effective exercise to help you target your upper arms.

To get started, take hold of the ropes with both hands, keeping your elbows by your ribs. Then, extend your hands to your hips. While doing so, you should feel the muscles that extend behind your elbow to your shoulder working hard. Completing three to four sets of 12 to 15 reps at least twice a week will help you create defined upper arms.

Sullivan also suggests adding dumbbell lateral raises to your workout routine to specifically target upper arm fat. If performed correctly, this exercise will result in a rounded look you'll be pleased with.

You should feel this movement activating the deltoid shoulder muscle. "This movement starts with holding dumbells by the hips and raising the hands to no higher than shoulder level with a slight bend in the elbows," says Sullivan.

Start off by doing 15 reps before resting for 10 seconds and following that with another five reps. From there, Sullivan instructs, "Repeat the short reps and small rep set for four to five rounds to get more muscle fiber recruitment for the amazing rounded look."

When it comes to putting a bicep curl machine to good use, Sullivan tells us, "[This will benefit] the muscles in front of the shoulder and between the elbow, plus some of the forearm depending on the variation." He also explains, "There are multiple bicep curl machines, so any is a good choice."
