IBCC stands for Inter Board Committee of Chairman, established in 1972 under the resolution of the Ministry of Education for coordination among textbook boards as observer above boards.  IBCC also grant equivalence of foreign qualification with corresponding Pakistani certificates at Secondary School Certificates (SSC) and Higher Education Secondary School Certificate (HSSC). IBCC also attest certificates and diplomas issued by boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education and Boards of Technical Education in Pakistan.

Objectives of IBCC

Degree/Document Attestation from IBCC Islamabad

First of all you need to know the region distribution of IBCC Offices. For example, if someone from Karachi/Sindh want to attest their Intermediate Certificate from IBCC Islamabad Office, it’s not allowed. IBCC Islamabad will not entertained attestation of Sindh document. For this, they must get their documents attested from IBCC Office in Karachi. Similarly, IBCC Islamabad will attest documents from Punjab and KPK Province.

Intermediate Certificate Attestation from IBCC If you want to attest inter certificate you must visit intermediate board and ask for the sealed envelope verification. IBCC is only authorized to open this sealed envelope verification. So, if you want to attest your intermediate certificate then you must send us that sealed envelope given by your respective board office for attestation of document from IBCC Islamabad. Envelope should be sealed and clearly addressing IBCC Islamabad Office.

For Example If someone is sending us documents from Lahore for IBCC attestation then he should tell his intermediate board that I will attest my documents from IBCC Islamabad. They will mention on his sealed envelope addressing IBCC Islamabad, otherwise it will only allow Lahore IBCC Office to attest the documents. Same as for KPK /Peshawar.

Matric Certificate Attestation from IBCC If you want to attest matric certificate you must to visit your respective Secondary Board Office and ask for the sealed envelope verification. IBCC is only authorized to open this sealed envelope verification. So, if you want to attest your Matric certificate then you must to have send us sealed envelope to IBCC Islamabad mentioned otherwise it will authorize to attest only provincial IBCC Office.

For Example If someone is sending us documents from Lahore for IBCC attestation then he should tell his intermediate board that I will attest my documents from IBCC Islamabad. They will mention on his sealed envelope addressing IBCC Islamabad, otherwise it will only allow Lahore IBCC Office to attest the documents. Same as for KPK /Peshawar.

3 years Diploma Attestation from IBCC If you want to attest Diploma Certificate from IBCC Islamabad, you must visit your Technical Board Office and ask for the sealed envelope verification. IBCC is only authorized to open this sealed envelope verification. So, if you want to attest your Diploma Certificate from IBCC Islamabad, then you should send us sealed envelope received from Technical Board Office, clearly addressing IBCC Islamabad, otherwise it will be attested only from provincial IBCC Office.
