One way to change the appearance of the notification bar is by using applications. There are several interesting apps that can help you with this task, but only require a simple configuration. We will review two of them so you can see how they work.

One Shade is an app that you can download from the Play store and install on your phone to change the color of the notification bar, it only takes a few steps to complete.

Make sure that the app is activated so that all the changes you make from its settings are applied, once you download it. The app has many options, but we will focus on the colors.

You can change the background color, notification background color, brightness bar, and so on by going to the "Colors" tab.

You can use the color combinations you create in the notification bar. The Status Bar and the Control Center will no longer be separate. If you want to go to the original design of the Control Center, you have to click on the option "open system panel".

Control Center is an app you can take into account. It follows the same dynamic as the previous application so you have to follow the same steps.

One detail that you must take into account is that these types of apps request a series of delicate permission that we do not usually give to any application that we install on our mobile. If you authorize the permission, you will be able to use them without problems.

If you don't want to install applications that change the color of the notification bar, then you can use a theme from Xiaomi.
