Most of the time, the Contacts Data will be available in the Gmail Account linked to the device.
If you enabled the option to sync Contacts between devices, all your Contacts will be available on your new phone as soon as you sign in to your account with your email.
Contacts can be transferred to a new phone using vCard if your phone doesn't have the services of the internet.
The easiest way to transfer contacts to a new phone is to use the sync feature in your account

Go to the settings and scroll down.
2. On the Accounts screen, you can tap on the search box.

On the next screen, tap on your email account.
4. Contacts should be toggled on on the sync screen.
All your existing Contacts will be sync to your account once you switch on Contacts on the sync screen.
