The SFC (System File Checker) command is a Command Prompt command that is used to verify and replace important Windows system files. There are several specific switches available in the SFC command such as:

To run sfc /scannow in Windows 10/11, you can follow the steps below:

▶ Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. >> A good thing. ▶ Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.  >> A good thing. ▶ Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. >> In this case, you can view details of the System File Checker process in %WinDir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log, and then manually replace the corrupted file with a known good copy of the file. ▶ Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation. >> In this condition, you can perform the System File Checker scan in safe mode, and make sure that the PendingDeletes and PendingRenames folders exist under %WinDir%\WinSxS\Temp.

5. Type exit and press Enter to exit Command Prompt.

The survival of Komodo dragons was not a concern for Auffenberg in the 70s. Scientists are wondering if these lizards will be able to keep going.

The salvation of the dragons is dependent on something mundane. The inhabitants of Flores burn land to transform it into pastures and orchards, fragmenting the reptile's habitat.

Deer and wild boar are prized by dragons as much as by wild dogs. Scientists suspect that these dogs may chase and even kill baby dragons, which spend the first year of their lives in trees but then descend to the ground.

The dragons of Flores are besieged by many things: the villagers, the pastures, the rice fields, the sea, and the dogs. Less territory and less prey is what it means.

The decline of the species will be a consequence of this.

Ciofi and his colleagues are trying to get more people involved in dragon conservativism. The inhabitants of Flores are informed of the danger posed to this species by the loss of habitat and the killing of prey. They hope to teach rangers about dragon biology so that they can inform scientists about the evolution of the animals.
