Upon enrolling, each student is placed in one of five Academic Societies that act as peer advice. Groups of senior academics, students from different years, and a program supervisor comprise the Academic Societies and serve as advising. In addition, each Academic Society provides guidance and friendship to its members throughout the academic year by hosting various workshops and other events.

Financial need is utilized as the only factor determining how much of an HMS scholarship a student gets. The program is supported through endowed funds, ongoing fundraising, and unrestricted income. If you are a full-need student, the HMS scholarship will cover your entire education, including all mandatory expenses. To evaluate whether or not a student is qualified for a scholarship, the projected institutional family contribution is subtracted from the total cost of tuition.

Some of HMS’s endowed scholarship funding is pooled with other departments within the University. The Harvard University General Scholarships Committee, manages this pooled money for many institutions. In addition, the HMS Financial Aid Office will recommend deserving students for HMS Scholarships yearly based on responses to the Restricted Fund Survey.

Scholarship eligibility at MBBS at Harvard University is based on annual family income rather than academic achievement. Therefore, officials in charge of student financial aid work closely with the students and their families to determine the total amount of assistance each will need and the amount the families can provide. The average family contribution is 10% of the total tuition cost; however, certain students may be eligible for a wholly funded education.

Students may need to chip in financially by working throughout the school year or summer. Employment throughout the academic year often entails ten to twelve hours per week. Each site connects to the other four sites, and I see only one leg between two sites that's being persistently reset. Each time, there is a Reason: Lost Service event on one side, usually in conjunction with a Reason: IKE Delete event on the other side. But during these time windows, no other sites lose VPN connectivity to the endpoint. Only the one connection between these two particular sites. So it's not like the Internet connectivity is totally broken across the board for the endpoint.

All site VPN's are configured with identical parameters and all have functioned well for years now. So I suspect that these resets are occurring quickly and then the tunnel is coming back up again. These two sites have the same ISP for dedicated fiber. The other sites don't have this particular ISP. I'm wondering if it's perhaps some internal routing issue on the ISP's end or something.

I'll paste a snippet from the syslogs below. The two endpoints are 69.135.82.90 and 74.143.200.234. If anyone has any suggestions on how to best determine which side is the likely culprit I'd appreciate it. That way I have some details to provide the ISP.
