Substitute the value for dir_name with the path to the directory containing your package/module, and run the above code before anything is imported. We can view the content in different ways when we have an asset imported into Premiere.

The import area in the project window is the most basic. If we select a clip, a thumbnail with information on the side will open, and we can see what clip it is.

One frame moves us one frame forward, and is done with the right arrow.

The SHIFT+O sends us to the exit point.

It's not the most practical way to bring the clip down to the timeline, but we have the Insert and Overwrite commands, which allow us to do that.

The Export frame allows us to export the frame in which we have the head as a maximum quality image with the desired format, file name and path.

The + symbol at the end of everything allows us to change the icons that are displayed in this part. We can add, remove and order at will, although if our window is small, we'll have to use a drop-down.

The last way to see our assets is to directly download the material to the timeline.

If you drag an asset directly to the timelines, it will show it as it is, in all of its duration and contents, and it will be reflected in the program window.

If we advance the head, we can see the clip or use the Play buttons or keyboard to play the timeline. Under the program window we have the same icons, but with a different look. We have it as follows.

Since the workspace is small, we have defined the scale to 50%, which allows us to better visualize the effects that we carry out in the edition.

We want to see the result as close to the final one as possible, so we have the reproduction quality in Complete. If we apply too many effects that are hard to see in real time, we can always lower the quality of the video.

Scales or Fit to Frame Size automatically scales assets that are not the same size as the sequence.

There are a lot of options that are useful, but we're going to use the Premiere tools to edit our clip.

We are going to learn some keyboard shortcuts that will be our best friends throughout the process.

It is good editor practice to always have your fingers ready to use the shortcut when you set up the autosave. If you want to learn more about the keyboard shortcuts, you can either go to the Edit > Shortcuts keyboard or press the keyboard keys and the shortcut legend will show up, which is fully customization.

We can move forward calmly with the help of the shortcuts. Let's get to it.

We can locate the parts we want to use from our assets by opening each asset in origin, marking the INs and OUTs in each desired piece, and then download them to the timeline.

We record the videos in a sequential shot and linearly with which we always have the speech recorded in editing order, but taking multiple shots of the same phrase or action. Depends how exact the timing needs to be. A technique I've seen used (dubbed "poor man's cron") is to have a frequently accessed script (a site's home page, for example) fire off a task on the first page load after a certain time (kept track of in the database).
