AWS Lambda lets you run code without provisioning or managing servers. You pay only for the compute time you consume - there is no charge when your code is not running. With Lambda, you can run code for virtually any type of application or backend service - all with zero administration.

In Chrome there is a flag with which you can start the browser If you start the browser with this flag, you can do what you want:

Tap the “+” button near the text field or the three dots in the top right corner of the screen. The three dots will open the calendar. Select the date and time. Tap “Send” to schedule.
