According to recent research, quince extract may protect gut tissue from damage caused by inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), such as ulcerative colitis. Bahi dana also treats acid reflux problems caused by GERD. It has also been linked to improving bowel movements, and bahi dana tea can treat loose motions because of the fibre content.

There are many bahi dana benefits for pregnant women. They prevent heart disease in the newborn and provide strength to the mother. Bahi has also proven beneficial for the management of pregnancy symptoms like nausea and vomiting. So, if you are experiencing morning sickness during your pregnancy, bahi dana can be the solution. Safarjal can also treat acidity that commonly occurs during pregnancy.

Bahi seeds have many antioxidants and are filled with healthy nutrients that help our body’s defence system. These antioxidants keep the free radicals away, which prevents many chronic diseases. Vitamin C is also present in bahi fruit, which helps our body’s immune system work efficiently by keeping infections and viruses away.

Bahi dana may help with allergy symptoms by suppressing the activity of specific immune cells that cause allergic reactions. Lemon juice and sarfarjal fruit extract are combined in some allergy medications for the treatment of allergic reactions. Some researchers have also suggested that bahi dana can prevent and treat mild allergic reactions like runny noses and asthma. So, it may be given to people having dry coughs or sore throat as well.

According to this Hadees, eating bahi fruit in the morning before eating anything else for maximum benefit is recommended. You can also make ‘bahi ka murabba’ using safarjal fruit and eat it with chapatis or toasts. Soaking a few grams of bahi dana in water will cause them to rise, which should be taken in the morning before breakfast to treat any given issues. You can also ask a dietitian to recommend the amount of bahi dana you should consume according to your condition.

Safarjal or Bahi fruit can be eaten raw, or you can also make murabba of bahi. To make bahi murabba, peel and boil bahi fruit slices. Then, make a sugar syrup, add bahi pieces, and cook until it gets thick and becomes a jam.

Gnats are any of several species of small, non-biting flies. They appear suddenly, forming annoying swarms in the air as they mate. The small insects can enter through gaps under exterior doors or windows or other openings. They can also enter homes via openings to crawlspaces. In some cases, springtails can live for some time in damp areas of houses and buildings that meet their moisture needs. These insects also can live in pots containing over-watered houseplants. Allowing the soil to dry out will usually eliminate them. Occasionally, they can infest greenhouses where they may nibble on plant root hairs or tender leaves.
