However, modern business communication etiquette often suggests that it's better practice to write a slightly more descriptive sentence, such as "I have attached the report for your review" or "The requested document is attached." This is considered more polished and less abrupt than the bare acronym "PFA." Despite this, its usage remains extremely widespread due to its efficiency, especially in fast-paced internal communication.
