I just had a look for you. It can be a little confusing. New Zealand has two time zones.

Most of the country, like in Auckland or Wellington, is on New Zealand Standard Time (NZST). Right now, it is about 10:00 PM on Wednesday night there. They are way ahead of us here in England. I think it is an 11 hour difference at the moment. It is a big time gap!

Then you have the Chatham Islands. It is a small group of islands. They are even further ahead. They are 45 minutes in front of the rest of New Zealand. So it is nearly 11 PM for them. I hope this helps you out. Cheers.
