Since Organic Polymer spoils really fast and doesn't stack high (usually to 10), you gotta make sure you're farming it right when you need it!
My go-to method is setting up a Kairuku breeding farm near my base in the snow biome.
- Tame and Breed: Tame a male and a few female Kairuku (they're easy with passive taming, just use Kibble or fish meat). Mate them to get tons of eggs.
- Hatch and Harvest: Hatch the eggs, and when the babies come out, let them grow just a little bit. Then, simply kill the baby Kairuku (you can use a Pelagornis or a Club as mentioned above). Baby penguins provide insane amounts of organic polymer, often better than killing the adults, and it's much safer than battling an army of seals or bears.
This way, you can farm a huge batch right before you need to craft your C4 or anything polymer-heavy. Just remember to use the Polymer right away or it'll spoil! For visual help on where exactly to go, check out some guides, they really help pinpoint the exact icebergs. This video can give you a good idea of the best farming spots: The Best Locations To Farm Polymer (The Island).

As a practicing Business Analyst in Bhubaneswar who occasionally trains in Cuttack, here's my insider perspective:
The reality of BA training in Cuttack: While you have several options, the quality varies significantly. Here's what actually matters for getting a job:
Practical skills that employers want: - Requirements gathering and documentation - Stakeholder management techniques - Agile/Scrum methodology practical knowledge - Basic SQL and data analysis skills - Prototyping tools like Balsamiq or Figma
Institutes that actually deliver: 1. CET Business School - Best overall for comprehensive training 2. Seashore's BA program - Good for recent graduates 3. IIM Skills (online with local support) - Actually quite effective
What most institutes don't tell you: - Certification alone won't get you hired - you need projects in your portfolio - Networking matters more than the certificate - Soft skills (communication, negotiation) are as important as technical skills
My advice: Choose an institute that provides: - Guaranteed internship or live project - Placement assistance with actual track record - Alumni network you can verify - Tools access beyond just theoretical knowledge
Consider supplementing with online courses from platforms like Coursera or Udemy for specific tool training that local institutes might not cover adequately.

BBMB (Bhakra Beas Management Board) follows a pretty sophisticated system for water sharing each year. I've studied their allocation methods for a research project. Here's how it generally works:
The decision-making process involves:
- Assessment of water availability - They start by measuring current reservoir levels in Bhakra and Pong dams
- Snowmelt and rainfall predictions - Using meteorological data to forecast incoming water
- Historical usage patterns - Looking at previous years' allocations and usage
- State requirements - Considering the needs of partner states (Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi, Himachal)
The allocation formula typically considers: 1. Water availability in storage reservoirs 2. Projected inflow during the coming year 3. Existing agreements and legal frameworks 4. Agricultural needs based on cropping patterns 5. Drinking water requirements of urban areas 6. Industrial demands from each state
The process timeline: - January-February: Preliminary assessments - March-April: Final allocation decisions - Monthly reviews: Adjustments based on actual rainfall and usage
Key factors that influence decisions: - Monsoon performance in previous year - Snow accumulation in Himalayas - Groundwater levels in partner states - Crop water requirements for different seasons
The BBMB technical committee meetings involve representatives from all partner states, and the final decisions aim to balance competing demands fairly.
