One easy method is to use Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Just open a blank A4-sized document, insert your photo, and resize it to standard passport dimensions (about 35mm × 45mm). Then copy-paste multiple copies of the resized photo across the page. Align them neatly in rows so that you maximize the A4 space. Finally, print the document on photo paper using your home printer or take it to a nearby print shop.
