If you want more professional results, I suggest using Photoshop or GIMP. Create a new document with A4 dimensions (210 × 297 mm). Import your passport photo, resize it exactly to 35 × 45 mm, and then duplicate it across the canvas. Use guides to keep spacing consistent. This way, when you print, you’ll get a full sheet of neatly arranged passport-sized photos, which you can cut out with scissors.
