I applied in railway workshop as apprentice after 12th. They gave training plus stipend. After training, chances of permanent job are high. So it is a good option for 12th pass students.

Hindi medium students have slight difficulty in English sections, but if you prepare GK and math well, you can still clear exams. Jobs like postal GDS, police, and railways are very suitable.
