I think it will be a tough fight. Exter has strong brand value because Hyundai gives excellent service network and smooth engine performance. Magnite is still cheaper than both. So even if Punch Facelift gets good upgrades, Tata has to keep price balanced. If not, many people will still prefer Exter. But yes, Tata Punch will definitely give serious challenge to both.
