When people ask “where is Ibiza,” most just think of the party destination. But geographically, it’s situated in the western Mediterranean Sea, closer to the mainland of Spain than to Italy or France. If you look at a map, you’ll see it nestled between Mallorca and Formentera. So, location-wise: it’s Spain, Mediterranean, Balearic archipelago. Easy way to remember: Spain owns four big islands in that group, and Ibiza is the party one!
