First thing, you apply direct on the NUS website. They have their own online application portal, not like UCAS for unis here. Basically, you'll need your A-Level results, or your predicted grades if you're still studying. You also write a personal essay, a bit like a personal statement. Make sure you look at the entry requirements for your course. Some need specific subjects. There's an application fee to pay too. After you submit everything, you just wait. The deadline is normally around March, so get it sorted soon! Good luck with it.

That’s a tough ask, mate. There isn't one single answer. It really depends on what your first language is. For us English speakers, languages like Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese are often considered the hardest. They have completely different writing systems and grammar structures. Plus, the sounds can be really tricky to master. So, the "most difficult" language is always going to be a personal thing. It’s all relative to what you already know.

You'll need a fair bit of space for it. The full installation with all the online updates is now around 110 GB. It's grown massively.

The biggest number with 4 digits is 9999.
It is a simple logic. See, the largest single digit is 9. A 4-digit number has four places. To make the number as big as possible, we should fill all places with the biggest digit. So we put 9 in the thousands place, 9 in the hundreds place, and 9 in the other two places also. This makes 9999. If you add just one to it, you get 10000. And that number is having 5 digits. So 9999 is the final answer. I hope this is helping.
