It’s frustrating when friends don’t take responsibility. I try to talk with them in a caring way, like “I feel stressed when I handle everything alone.” Sometimes people don’t realize the impact. If they still don’t change, I reduce my involvement with them. A friendship should be mutual. If one side always runs from responsibility, it becomes draining.
